A multi-billion dollar company launching meal kits was hard-pressed to source a new contract manufacturer. The company had 19 SKUs, international interests, and was referred to Whole Brain Consulting by a personal connection.
THE GOAL
The company had developed 19 SKUs with their existing co-man and had already come to terms. However, the co-man made material changes just 35 days before production, and the company was struggling to find a new co-man.
